Rosanna Quaglieri - Operations Director
Rosanna is a co-founder of Morguard Building Surveyors and serves as our Operations Director. She is instrumental in driving operational excellence and ensuring smooth client engagement and timely report delivery.
Rosanna’s background in property development is foundational to her comprehensive understanding of the intricate processes involved in building design, construction and maintenance. Rosanna provides invaluable insights and guidance to clients about the process and which options may be best for them.

Gianni Quaglieri - Practice Director
Gianni is a founding member of Morguard Building Surveyors and a highly motivated professional with over seven years of experience in the field, preceded by several years as a project coordinator.
As Practice Director and surveyor at Morguard, he plays a key role in establishing the firm's reputation for delivering in-depth and comprehensive reports to every client.
He has a proven track record of success with countless 5* Trustpilot reviews and repeat clients.
Gianni specialises in period properties and has a keen interest in building pathology, sustainability and retrofit, as well as fire safety and keeping up to date with the current building regulations.
He has successfully completed a RICS-accredited Master's in Building Surveying at London South Bank University, demonstrating his commitment to continuous learning and staying at the forefront of industry best practices.
Guy Abbott - Technical Director
Guy is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in building services engineering and building surveying. His 40-year career began in the early 1980s with a trade apprenticeship in building services engineering. Adapting to economic realities, he transitioned into the insurance industry, working as a loss adjuster and surveyor.
While working, Guy dedicated himself to part-time studies, earning an HNC in Building Studies and an RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying. He has since held positions in private practice and with major contractors such as Taylor Woodrow (air division) and Vinci, gaining extensive experience in the airports sector as both a project lead and quality assurance lead.
In 2023, Guy partnered with Rosanna and Gianni to establish Morguard Building Surveyors Limited, a company dedicated to restoring technical rigor and transparency to the home buying market. He leads Morguard's technical team, leveraging his vast experience to provide clients with the detailed insights they need.
