Rosanna Quaglieri — Co-founder and Operations Director
Rosanna is a co-founder of Morguard and oversees the practice’s operations and client service. She helps guide clients from their initial enquiry through to inspection and report delivery, ensuring that communication remains clear and timely throughout the process.
Her background in property development gives her practical insight into building design, construction and maintenance. She uses this experience to help clients understand the survey process, choose the appropriate service and prepare for the next stage of their property purchase.

Gianni Quaglieri — Co-founder, Practice Director and Building Surveyor
Gianni is a co-founder of Morguard, Practice Director and a building surveyor with more than seven years of surveying experience, following earlier work as a project coordinator. He carries out residential inspections and helps maintain the practice’s standards for detailed, property-specific reporting.
Gianni has particular experience with period properties and a professional interest in building pathology, sustainability, retrofit and fire safety. He holds a master’s degree in Building Surveying from London South Bank University, completed through an RICS-accredited programme.
His approach combines careful inspection with clear explanations, helping clients understand the significance of defects and the practical options available to them.
Guy Abbott — Co-founder and Technical Director
Guy is a co-founder and Technical Director of Morguard, bringing approximately 40 years of experience across building services engineering, loss adjusting, building surveying, construction and quality assurance.
His career began with a trade apprenticeship in building services engineering. He later worked as a loss adjuster and surveyor before moving into private practice and senior roles with major contractors, including Taylor Woodrow and Vinci. His experience includes project leadership and quality assurance within the technically demanding airports sector.
Guy holds an HNC in Building Studies and an RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying. He leads Morguard’s technical team and helps maintain the rigour, consistency and practical focus of the firm’s inspections and reports.
